The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the Internet sites of the Coprin-Diffusion network. Any natural or legal person placing an order with Coprin-Diffusion and validating it via our secure payment platform or by check or cash is considered a "customer".

Age restrictions apply: Coprin-Diffusion only accepts customers over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not offensive in nature, we prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. The payment is due immediately at the date of the order, including for the products in pre-order. You can pay by credit card. The cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. The secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by a software in the rules of the art and can not be read during transport on the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company Stripe and cannot be imputed to us.
Article 5: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provided when you placed your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code). Digital products are delivered to the email address provided by the customer. The risks related to the delivery of physical products will be at your charge from the date the ordered products have left our premises. However, in case of lost parcel, we will do what is necessary so that you receive your product or that you are refunded according to your guarantee.
